Talk Together:
- The seeds that fell on the path were trampled and eaten by the birds. Those are like the people who hear God’s Word but don’t believe.
- The seeds that fell among the rocks grew quickly but had shallow roots and dried up. Those are like the people who hear God’s Word with joy but walk away when hard things happen.
- The seeds that fell among the weeds grew quickly but were choked out by the weeds and died. Those are like the people who hear God’s Word with joy but are distracted by other things in life.
- The seeds that fell on the good soil produced a crop that was many times MORE than what was planted. Those are like the people who hear God’s Word with joy and share it with others around them.

Dear Jesus, thank you for your Word and for teaching and loving us. Help us to live for you and share the Good News about your love with others. Amen.
